Understanding Negativity

Q'uo addresses negativity — whether an inner pattern, a difficult person, or an entity walking the path of service to self — with a striking refusal of the language of warfare. Even a being that has consciously chosen the negative path, Q'uo insists, still proceeds with the blessing of the one Creator and is, at root, the Creator in another guise; negativity is real and disruptive but is not a separate dark power. Where the positive path honors the free will of others, the negative path seeks to override it — a real difference in polarity, but not a war between a good power and an evil one.
For a genuine "psychic greeting" — which Q'uo defines narrowly as an intending presence aimed at derailing one's spiritual progress, a term it warns is widely overused for ordinary catalyst — the counsel is not fear or resistance but a turning toward love. The seeker moves in spirit to stand before the Creator alongside the unseen helpers and, from that place, offers love and gratitude for the experience and even for the one who sent it. Q'uo is candid that this does not balance the encounter for the one who sent it, but it does balance it for you, transforming an attack into an occasion to choose love.
Discernment still matters, and Q'uo does not counsel naivety or the abandonment of healthy boundaries; much of the real protection lies in tending one's own vibration. But the orienting truth is that light does not fight darkness so much as fill it — to understand negativity rightly is to be freed from terror of it and to meet even the hostile as, ultimately, oneself.
